4) Bookings, fees, and payments
- Bookings are confirmed upon our written confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of deposit or full payment.
- Prices are shown in the currency indicated and may change prior to booking confirmation.
- Payment is processed via trusted providers; we do not store full card details.
- If a rate is clearly erroneous, we may cancel and refund without liability beyond fees paid.
5) Cancellations and rescheduling
- You may reschedule once without charge if requested at least 48 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellations 48–24 hours before start: 50% fee; within 24 hours or no-show: 100% fee.
- If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund of fees paid for the affected session or a free reschedule.
6) Digital content
Lookbooks and guides are for personal, non-commercial use. Access may be time-limited. Download links should not be shared publicly. Statutory consumer rights apply.
7) Gift cards and credits
- Gift cards/credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
- They are valid until the printed expiry date and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8) Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information relevant to your styling goals and availability.
- Obtain any permissions to access premises or stores where sessions occur.
- Behave respectfully; we may end a session for safety or misconduct with no refund.
9) Acceptable use of our site
- Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security or performance.

- We may suspend access for suspected abuse.
