1) Services (in-person and virtual)
- Free reschedule once if requested ≥ 48 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellations 48–24 hours prior: 50% of the session fee retained.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: 100% fee retained.
- If we cancel, you may choose a full refund for the affected session or a free reschedule.
2) Digital content (lookbooks, guides)
- If access or download has not begun, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Once access has started or files are downloaded, refunds are not available unless required by law.
- If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
3) Gift cards and credits
- Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
- Valid until the printed expiry date; lost or stolen cards may not be replaced.
4) Merchandise (if offered)
We primarily sell services. If we offer physical merchandise, you may return unused, resellable items within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or misdescribed. Refunds are processed to the original payment method upon inspection.
5) How to request a refund

- Include your name, booking date or order number, and reason for the request.
- For technical issues, add screenshots or error details for faster resolution.
6) Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
7) Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
8) Exceptions
- Custom-tailored schedules or packages may have specific terms disclosed at purchase.
- Fees paid to third parties (e.g., salon, tailoring, venue) are subject to their policies.
